Hi, I am a qualified mental health nurse, with over 20 years’ experience working in the caring field, of which 15 years was in addictions. I am also an advanced Reiki Practitioner attuned to Level II Usui Reiki and have a Crystal Healing and Charka Balancing Diploma.

Having gained vast experience working with people suffering from addictions, mental health issues and past traumas.  My purpose in life is to bring balance and tranquillity to people’s lives by helping them to work through their traumas and mental health issues, to empower them in their healing to build self-esteem, self-worth, bringing balance and wholeness back into their lives.

I plan to also go on to train as a Sleep Consultant and then to train as a hypnotherapist to be able to offer more services.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a natural, safe form of energy therapy that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing and self-improvement.  It does not replace traditional treatments but complements other types of medical and therapeutic treatments.

Cancellations:

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves blocking out access to others during the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment.  If for any reason a session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.
